House of Commons- London, UK

Tintaye.com was fortunate to be invited into the UK House of Commons in the summer of 2023 to observe a Parliamentary debate for the first time. We felt welcomed into those spaces to learn more about their Country and to explore some of the history presented inside the castle. We were able to have some interesting conversations with some of the speakers in attendance and to watch them give impassioned speeches about many important causes they are facing today. The conversation that day was addressing various moments around former Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s tenure, as well as some other current affairs in the U.K. We were inspired by how eloquently and definitively the speakers pled their cases throughout the day. It was a surreal experience.
