American Artist | D.C

Austin is a US based paint artist who was exciting to collaborate with creatively. The vision was to capture a few moments in the US capital that depicted a patriotic feel. It was a great experience working with Austin and discovering DC through the lens. The project was a great opportunity to try some different moods and to play with the colour palettes wherever possible. It was exciting to try some interesting camera angles that included the D.C monuments as a character and finding where the natural lights looked cinematic. The final picture settled on a more mature tone with greens and browns, mixed in with some muted colours.
